Fellah of HK Group sells 979 Post Rd. to Dandar Realty for $950,000
A 3,000 s/f office/retail building at 979 Post Rd. East has been sold to Dandar Realty for $950,000.
Vacant at the time of closing, the 1,600 s/f first floor was previously used by an antique store, while the second floor was occupied by an advertising agency.
Executive vice president Franco Fellah of HK Group in Westport was the only broker involved in the transaction representing both the seller, C&P Realty and Investments, Inc., and the buyer.
