Ferrara of Colonial Properties sells 10,000 s/f bldg. for $525,000
According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., 279 Quinnipiac St., a landmark building in the center of Wallingford has been sold for $525,000.
The 10,000 s/f building on two acres was used by the Columbus Club, a chapter of The Knights of Columbus, as a banquet hall and social club.
Bill Ferrara of Colonial Properties represented the Columbus Club and Dan Combs Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
The buyer plans to redevelop the property.
