KeyPoint Partners, LLC, the Burlington-based commercial real estate service firm, continues to add to its property and asset management team. Rick Boiardi and John Kane have joined the firm as vice presidents of property and asset management, and Monika Cone joins the firm as property manager.
Boiardi has many years of experience in construction and property management for retail and office. He had most recently been employed at CrossPoint Associates and before that had been with Spaulding & Slye. Kane has many years of experience in property and asset management, mostly on office properties. He was a long time employee of Jones Lang LaSalle and Spaulding & Slye. Cone has a strong background in property management, and had most recently been employed at Jones Lang LaSalle. Boiardi will work out of the firm's Burlington headquarters, Kane at the Brookline office, and Cone out of the Middleborough, office.
