Ferrari of Prolman Realty brokers $334,000 sale for MYRELL, LLC
Nashua, NH Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of Northbridge Business Center units 13 & 14 at 74 Northeastern Blvd. to Tescelani Holdings, Inc. The sale price was $334,000.
Lisa Ferrari of Prolman Realty represented the seller MYRELL, LLC and assisted the buyer.
The 4,800 s/f office/flex space is being occupied by Netlogic Computer Consulting for their corporate offices.
