Fieldstone Commercial Properties Inc. and O’Brien Commercial Properties broker $3 million sale
Marlborough, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties Inc. and O’Brien Commercial Properties have completed the sale of redevelopment site consisting of a 276-unit apartment building at 283 Lincoln St. for $3 million.
Nate Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Wood Partners, while Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the seller.
