Ryan of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represents buyer in $3.6m acquisition

Worcester, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 29 Mountain St. East, a 23,790 s/f office building, for $3.6 million. Nolan Ryan of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the buyer, Abba Home Care Inc. while Worcester Mountain Street, LLC, the seller was represented by Jeff Taylor of ERA Key Realty Services.

Abba Home Care, Inc., a Worcester-based provider of in-home care and support services, has purchased the property at 29 Mountain St. East. The acquisition reflects the company’s ongoing expansion in Central Massachusetts and its mission to provide compassionate, client-focused care while strengthening its presence in the local community.

Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
