Klein, Grant and Fresolone of Marcus & Millichap arrange sale of 9,600 s/f industrial property for $2.05 million

Hopedale, MA Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 10 Charlesview Rd., a 9,600 s/f small-bay industrial property for $2.05 million. 

“We had incredible interest in this purpose built, modern, small bay asset,” said Harrison Klein, managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. “This sale is indicative of the demand we’re seeing from investors for quality small bay space.” 

Klein, along with Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Grant and Anthony Fresolone represented the seller, a private developer and procured the buyer, a private investor. 

Built in 2018, the property consists of six 1,600 s/f units on 4.58 acres. Each suite includes a private office and restroom, separately metered utilities and drive-in loading. The building features 17- to 18-ft. clear heights, six drive-in doors and 36 parking spaces. The property is located 2.5 miles from I-495, providing access to Boston, Worcester and Providence.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
