Filler of Avison Young arranges 6,000 s/f lease with Gengras Motor Cars LLC

East Hartford, CT Avison Young, one of the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firms, has completed a 6,000 s/f office lease on behalf of tenant Gengras Motor Cars LLC at 225 Pitkin St. Avison Young principal Andrew Filler represented Gengras and CBRE acted for the landlord.

The owner of the property, Meadow Street Associates, LLC, will remain as a tenant in the building along with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. 225 Pitkin St. is a 9,500 s/f single story office building located directly off of Rte. 2 in the Founders Plaza section of town.

“This transaction provides the landlord with a stable long-term tenant and enables Gengras Motors to expand into larger, more modern space in a strategic location that is easily accessible,” said Filler.
