Fini of Fini Real Estate Group brokers $2.5 million sale of 8,056 s/f building

Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of the iParty retail center located at 904 South Willow St. iParty will continue to operate one of its 50 plus retail centers at this location. The building consists of 8,056 s/f of retail space in one of the premier retail corridors in the state of New Hampshire. Tom Fini of the Fini Real Etate Group acted as a facilitator on behalf of Commerce LP #9811 and Denise Bernard of Prudential Verani Realty represented the buyer, Bright's Centennial House, Inc. According to registry records, the property was sold for $2.5 million.
