SullivanHayes and Quinn Commercial represent The Fresh Market in 15,545 s/f Scarsdale lease
Tim McNamara and Brian Knowles of Farmington, Conn.-based SullivanHayes Companies, along with Colleen Quinn of Nanuet, N.Y.-based Quinn Commercial Properties, LLC represented The Fresh Market in its second New York location on Rte. 22 at Vernon Place Shops.
The team negotiated the 15,545 s/f lease with Boston-based landlord Carpenter & Company and its leasing agent/manager Urstadt Biddle Properties. The location will replace Old Navy and will anchor the recently renovated center.
The Fresh Market, headquartered in Greensboro, N.C., is a publicly held upscale grocer with over 100 stores in 20 states.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
