Fini Real Estate Group completes sale of 54,666 s/f shopping plaza
Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. of Bedford, N.H. has completed the sale of Downtown Crossing Center located at 107-123 Main St. The center is anchored by Adams Supermarket, Rite Aid, U.S. Post Office and Monson Savings Bank. The 54,666 s/f shopping plaza is on an 5.59 acre tract of land, situated in the primary retail district of the community.
Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. Represented the seller, Grace Chuck, LCC and assisted the buyer, Medeiros Downtown Crossing, LLC.
According to registry records, the property was sold for $6.35 million.
