RHYS Commercial, a regional real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the recent leasing transactions at 84 Whalley Ave in New Haven, Conn.; 345 Huntington Turnpike in Bridgeport, Conn.; and 650 Wolcott St. in Waterbury, Conn. to Harbor Freight Tools. Tyler Lyman, senior associate, and Jason Wuchiski, senior vice president and principal, represented Harbor Freight Tools in long term leases for approximately 17,000 s/f; 14,284 s/f; and 16,813 s/f respectively. "These sites will allow Harbor Freight Tools to expand their brick and mortar business in markets with high demand for their products," said Lyman.
