Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the sale of 160 River Rd. The class A office building consists of 37,496 s/f of multi-tenant medical and professional space. The property is anchored by Harvard Piligrim Health, Bedford Women's Care and CTC Communications and located on the primary office and retail corridor within the community.
Fini Real Estate represented the seller, 160 South River Rd. Realty Trust and assited the buyer, Concentric RE Group, LLC, a subsidiary of R.J. Finaly & Company.
Accorrding to registry records the property was sold for $4.4 million.
