Fischer and Dow of Fischer Real Estate broker $500,000 sale for 6,161 s/f
Globe Electric, LLC has purchased a 6,161 s/f industrial building on 1.65 acres at 285 Branford Rd. from Michael Berkun. The sale price was $500,000.
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Orange based Fischer Real Estate represented the seller. Jeff Dow, CCIM, of New Haven based Dow Realty represented the buyer.
