Fischer Commercial Real Estate sells 150,000 s/f for $307,000
Derby, CT For the second time in three years, a 2-story, 150,000 s/f industrial building on 2 acres at 150 Roosevelt Dr. in Derby has been sold by Fischer Commercial Real Estate.
The sale price was $307,000. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, represented the seller and Cynthia Tsokalas of Fischer represented the buyer.
After a portion of the building is demolished to create better onsite parking, the New York-based buyer will relocate his aquarium business into the newly renovated space and begin offering excess space for lease.
