Farmington, CT Mental Health Connecticut, Inc. has entered into a 7 year lease for 6,803 s/f in Pond View Corporate Center at 76 Batterson Park Rd. The landlord is Pond, LLC, a single entity LLC owned by Sovereign Partners of New York City. The rent to be paid over the term of the lease is $1,083,151.
