Fischer Real Estate sells 4,400 s/f retail/office property for $1.45 million

Fairfield, CT 2060 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, a fully-occupied 4,440 s/f commercial building with retail and medical office tenants, has been sold in an off-market transaction to an undisclosed investor for $1.45 million. The seller was TPSJ, LLC. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate Inc. represented both the seller and the buyer.

“Investment property in Fairfield, especially along this stretch of Black Rock Turnpike, hardly ever becomes available for purchase,” said Fischer. “The property needed a little bit of work but there was never a question of its saleability. It was simply a matter of negotiating to balance the interests of the buyer and the seller.”
