Fischer Real Estate sells four acres in West Haven for $2 million

Fischer Real Estate brokered the sale of four acres of commercial land on Bull Hill Lane that was owned by Saint Louis Church. The sale price was $2 million. The buyer is 89 Bull Hill Lane, LLC. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, president of Fischer Real Estate, represented both parties in the transaction. According to Fischer, the four acres was excess land that the church did not need. The church plans on using the proceeds to make improvements to the parish buildings and to expand programs and services for its parishioners. 89 Bull Hill Lane, LLC, comprised of local experienced developers, plans to build a retail shopping center on the land which will be anchored by Aldi's Supermarket.
