Fishman Realty Group completed the lease of 62 MacArthur Circle East. This 4,600 s/f building is located in the center of Redbank Village, and has been previously used as a licensed daycare facility and neighborhood center. The lessee Roots and Fruits is a national holistic learning group that plans to relocate and expand their existing daycare business from Portland, while also incorporating progressive community programming at this location. Alan Fishman and Jessica Perry represented the owner, Home Properties, Inc. in this transaction. They are a non-profit group that intends to provide daycare and preschool services, holistic healing, after school programming, and fitness classes. All classes will be open to the public and focus around community building that supports children, youth and families. "I am really looking forward to having Roots and Fruits in our community," said Redbank property Manager Leslie Horne. This is yet another step in the image revitalization of the area that has been well underway for several years now. Roots and Fruits intend to open the daycare/preschool January 1, 2011 and the community programming shortly thereafter.
