Fishman of Fishman Realty represents buyer in 17-unit residential property sale

Fishman Realty Group has brokered the purchase of a 17-unit residential investment property. The sale price was not disclosed. Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group represented LMG Properties, LLC, in the purchase of 255 Oxford St. in the Bayside area. Evergreen Credit Union sold the property at real estate foreclosure auction on July 19, hosted by Keenan Auction Co. Fishman has been hired as the property manager to oversee capital repairs, maintenance, and property upgrades. The new owner will be working with the city's Homeless Prevention Programs, Oxford Street Shelter, and other local non-profit groups to create a safe place for low income tenants.
