Marc Fishman facilitated the transaction for the buyer Pingree 2000 Real Estate Holdings, LLC, and represented the seller, Norman and Phyllis Greenberg. The buyer plans to redevelop the site. Fishman brokered the sale of a building lot and single garage located at 233 Warren Ave. Fishman represented the seller SB Properties and also facilitated the transaction for the buyer, Robert and Maryann Fusco.
