Fishman Realty Group negotiates $450,000 sale

Fishman Realty Group completed the sale of 225 Ocean St. This high traffic location in the Millcreek area has been occupied since the 1960s by Angelone's Pizza, a family owned company. The new owner, Old Port Realty Group represented by Gendron Commercial, intends to redevelop the location for a well-known bank branch to occupy. Alan Fishman represented the owner T. Mains in this transaction, closing months before the anticipated date for the listed price of $450,000. "This transaction is a good indicator of the strengthening commercial market in the Greater Portland area," says Fishman.
