Fishman Realty Group brokers 5,100 s/f lease for Portland Pie Co. in Nashua, NH

According to Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group, Portland Pie Company, one of Northern New England's most unique pizzeria and pub restaurants, has leased 5,100 s/f of restaurant space. This will be Portland Pie Company's second location in the state following the success of their Manchester store. Like the other Portland Pie restaurants this location will include a full bar offering Maine micro-brews, family-friendly dining, comfortable seating along with several high definition televisions for the big games. Portland Pie also has restaurant locations in Portland, Scarborough and Westbrook, Maine. Mike Tamposi of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in this transaction.
