Fletcher of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty handles $362,000 sale

Kevin Fletcher of Team Fletcher of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty brokered the sale of 1110 Minot Ave. for the seller, Cok Trust. Don Plourde, of Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate represented the buyer, Pinetree Holding, LLC. The building is a 10,000 s/f warehouse and sold for $362,000.
