Flynn Const. builds 12,000 s/f mfg./office for Advantage Plastic Products

Advantage Plastic Products, a manufacturer of custom injection molds and moldings, has relocated from Manchester to a newly constructed facility on Henniker St. The 12,000 s/f manufacturing and office facility is located off Rte. 106 and Chenell Dr. near the new FW Webb distribution center. Flynn Construction Corp. of Nashua teamed with APP to build the $860,000 facility and install energy efficiency measures that include fluorescent lighting and installation of a "Cool Roof" to reflect sunlight and reduce solar heat gain. This new facility will replace the mill building space occupied in Manchester on South Commercial St. and offers more room, better efficiency and the capability to offer expanded services.
