Sullivan Construction to renovate 75,000 s/f
Sullivan Construction Inc. was contracted by Summit Land Development to renovate their 75,000 s/f Pease Tradeport building at 207 International Dr.
The scope of work for this project includes demolition and re-fabrication of existing office space, utility and HVAC upgrades for energy efficiency, installation of fire and security systems.
