Flynn Properties leases last two vacancies at New Park Commons
Flynn Properties has leased the last two remaining vacancies at New Park Commons to Rayburn Music Co. and Shower Door & Window Company.
Flynn Properties acquired the 12,000 s/f strip retail property approximately 6 months ago and it is now 100% occupied. Other tenants at the property include Hartford Baking Company, Naomi Studio & Salon, Curves Fitness, Kasey Nails, Panache Consignments and Serenity Massage.
