WS Development leases 3,100 s/f to lululemon athletica: At the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center
According to WS Development, lululemon athletica has signed a lease to join the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center.
"We have done a lot of business with lululemon, and they are one of this country's greatest retailers," said Brian Sciera, VP of WS Development. "We are excited to add them to a premiere corner of one of our flagship properties, in the heart of the affluent Chestnut Hill Market."
The 3,100 s/f lululemon joins other new signings at the 406,000 s/f center, including Pottery Barn, The Sports Club/LA, Cinema de Lux, Polarn O. Pyret, Shake Shack, Pinkberry, Treat Cupcake Bar, and gourmet Asian restaurant Bernard's.
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
