Flynn Properties leases to Dunkin' Donuts at Southwick Crossing Shopping Center
According to Flynn Properties of West Hartford, they have signed a long term lease agreement with Dunkin' Donuts at Southwick Crossing Shopping Center.
Southwick Crossing (formerly Gillette Corners) was acquired by Flynn Properties in 2010, since then, they have added 10 new retail tenants at the property. Flynn Properties will begin construction next month.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
