SullivanHayes represents Buffalo Wild Wings in 1.4 acre purchase

Pam Devino and Brian Knowles of Farmington-based SullivanHayes Companies represented Buffalo Wild Wings in a 1.4 acre purchase. The seller was ExxonMobil Corp. and was represented by CB Richard Ellis. The site is on Buckland St. and is adjacent to the newly opened Sonic Drive-In. The restaurant is slated to have a seating capacity of 250 people along with 95 parking spaces. Site work is scheduled to begin this year and the restaurant is expected to open in 2012. Founded in 1982 and based out of Minneapolis, MN, this site will serve as the fourth location in Connecticut for the restaurant with other locations in Windsor, New Haven and Milford. Buffalo Wilds Wings has nearly 700 locations throughout the country.

Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
