The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker handles 6,000 s/f lease to Millennium Marble and Granite Co.

Wrentham, MA The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial Division listed and leased a 6,000 s/f warehouse and office building located at 35 Commercial Dr. on behalf of Blackstone Valley Place Associates.

The building has 1,000 s/f of office space and two overhead doors, 21’ ceiling height, new flooring and painting. The new tenant, Millennium Marble and Granite Co., is moving from their present location in Natick, Mass. The new location will allow for full service fabricating and engineering store and all natural stone countertop products, and will include a showroom.

The building is one of four that will make up a new industrial park and the Foncellino Team will handle the leasing of the new construction.

consisting of two buildings at 7,500 s/f each and one building at 14,000 s/f, all of which can be subdivided.

The new complex has ample parking and access to Rte. 495 and 95.
