Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial leases 3,200 s/f
Cumberland, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased two warehouse units totalling 3,200 s/f at 45 Industrial Rd.
The tenant was represented by Jim Conway of Conway Commercial.
The warehouse space has a ceiling height of 22 ft. and two 14 ft. x 12 ft. overhead doors. It also has a mezzanine space, three-phase electric and is sprinklered.
The new tenant is a distributor of Dippin Dots beaded ice cream. They will be installing walk-in freezers to store the product in temperatures at minus 40F degrees.
