NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs facilitates $6.3 million sale
Woonsocket, RI The 50,641 s/f manufacturing building at 1275 Park East Dr. was purchased by Lundgren Equity Partners for $6.3 million.
James Glickman, Nolan Ryan, and Cody Miner of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the buyer. Faith Realty II LLC, the seller, was represented by MG Commercial Real Estate.
Lundgren Equity Partners purchased the property as a NNN investment adding to their growing industrial portfolio.
