Foote and Karney of O,R&L broker $1.125m sale of 25,561 s/f industrial bldg.
Steve Foote and Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed the sale of a 25,561 s/f industrial building at 30 Peter Court for $1.125 million.
O,R&L represented the seller, DS Partners LLC. Virginia Vinci of H. Pearce Company represented the buyer, Integro LLC. Integro is a provider of specialty power and light equipment for airfields, shipbuilding, mining, and other applications that is moving their operation from Meriden. Norpaco Gourmet Foods will be relocating from 30 Peter Court to a new 50,000 s/f facility currently under construction in Middletown.
