Ford of Wilson Comm'l. brokers $2.2m sale to The Briad Group
James H. L. Ford, CCIM of Wilson Commercial Real Estate Inc. has concluded a fourth sale to a long term client, The Briad Group, for the development of a 120 room Hilton Gardens Inn. The sale price was $2.2 million. The forecast opening is the spring of 2009.
The Briad Group is one of the countries fastest growing hospitality companies representing Hilton, Marriott, T.G.I. Friday's and Wendy's.
Briad now has twelve projects in various stages of pre-construction and has directed Ford to identify and qualify additional sites throughout Connecticut from land owners or their listing agents.
