Hamden, CT Commercial advisor Mark Foreman inked 2,400 s/f lease at 1246 Whitney Ave. New England Spirts & Wine Purveyors opened next to Soup Girl and Whitneyville Foods.
Foreman, the listing agent for the property, represented the ownership, Hazen Properties LLC, and Andy Brauer, Realtor and property manager with Levey Miller Maretz, represented the tenant.
