Garza and Kranicz of Vidal Wettenstein leases 1,426 s/f flex office/warehouse

Fairfield, CT Vidal Wettenstein LLC negotiated the lease of a 1,426 s/f portion of a 1,780 s/f flex office/warehouse space located at 90 Tunxis Hill Rd.

Silvester Garza of Vidal Wettenstein represented the landlord, while Krisztina Kranicz represented the tenant, Belts and More.

The newly leased space features 14-ft. ceiling height and one overhead door, offering an ideal configuration for light industrial and fabrication use. Belts and More specializes in fabricating galvanized and black iron ductwork, installing kitchen hoods and stainless-steel backsplashes, and servicing exhaust fans by replacing motors and belts for restaurants and commercial kitchens.

The landlord’s recent improvements, coupled with the limited availability of high-quality flex buildings in the area, emphasize the strong demand for this type of space in the Fairfield market.
