Foreman of Press/Cuozzo markets two office condominiums for $195,000

Hamden, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed the sale of two contiguous office condominiums, totaling 2,168 s/f, at 60 Washington Ave. Senior advisor, Mark Foreman represented the two different ownership entities and had marketed the units on their behalf. The transaction closed on 3/23/26 at a total price of $195,000. The new owners are Opportunity House, Inc.
