Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate represents Aubuchon Hardware’s Monroe relocation

Monroe, CT Penny Wickey and Laure Aubuchon of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Aubuchon Hardware in successfully relocating their retail space from 590 Main St. to the former Rite Aid in Stepney Plaza at 435 Main St. Aubuchon Hardware has operated successfully since entering the market in 2019 in 10,619 s/f and is excited to expand to 12,124 s/f to meet increasing consumer demand. After renovations to their new location Aubuchon Ace Hardware is planning to open the new store later in 2026/early 2027. Aubuchon Ace Hardware will feature expanded retail space, a wider selection of products and exclusive brands and an improved shopping experience.

During this transition, the current store at 590 Main St. will remain open and operating until the day of the actual move.
