Fort Point Project Management hires Pestana as director of business development and marketing

Boston, MA Fort Point Project Management has hired Chris Pestana as director of business development and marketing.

“Chris is a perfect fit with our team and I’m confident his knowledge, energy and the relationships he’s developed in the real estate industry will continue to grow our company and provide value to our clients,” said co-founder Christine Mosholder.

In this role, Pestana will continue to grow the firm’s business by optimizing service offerings and leading strategic initiatives that align with client’s goals and objectives. In addition, he will expand outreach with existing clients and leverage relationships to capitalize on opportunities in the area market.

Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Pestana held marketing positions in the industry including serving as marketing communications manager at GEI Consultants and marketing manager at Fox RPM Corp.

Pestana holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Northeastern University, and currently serves as vice president of marketing and PR for IFMA Boston, a facilities management professional organization with more than 650 members.
