Fort Point Project Management recognized by three organizations

According to Fort Point Project Management (Fort Point PM), a provider of real estate project management and relocation services, five of its recent projects have been recognized by a number of top organizations in the city. The Boston Business Journal (BBJ) celebrated key players in Greater Boston's commercial real estate industry with their 2014 Best in Boston Real Estate Awards, the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and CoreNet Global New England (CoreNet) both announced winners for their 2014 Awards of Excellence. The BBJ named Goodwin Procter's future relocation to the Seaport District as the winner in the Office category for the 2014 Best in Boston Real Estate Awards. As the project manager, Fort Point PM is working with bh + a, Turner Construction and The Fallon Co. to relocate into a new 17-story building in summer of 2016. The BBJ also recognized athenahealth's acquisition of the Arsenal on the Charles and the new Arnold Worldwide Headquarters at the Burnham Building in Downtown Crossing as finalists in the Office and Community Impact categories, respectively. Fort Point PM provides project and relocation management services to athenahealth in Watertown and Arnold Worldwide in Boston. IFMA presented both Iron Mountain and a leading insurance company with the 2014 Best Practice Awards of Excellence. Iron Mountain also received the Best New Workplace Award from CoreNet. Fort Point PM served as the project and relocation manager.
