Four BOMA Boston buildings recognized as BOMA Mid-Atlantic Conference Regional TOBY winners

On March 23rd, four BOMA Boston members were recognized for their outstanding building operations at the BOMA Mid-Atlantic Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards. *Westboro Executive Park (managed by Jones Lang LaSalle) took home the honors in the Suburban Low Rise category; *Stony Brook Office Park (managed by CB Richard Ellis/New England) walked away with the Suburban Mid Rise award; *One Financial Center (managed by Jones Lang LaSalle) was the top winner in the Over One Million Square Feet category, and *BOMA Boston's first-ever Earth Award winner was One Boston Place (managed by CB Richard Ellis/New England). The event recognized 13 buildings from the Mid-Atlantic region and all winners will compete at the BOMA International TOBY Awards on June 30th in Philadelphia, Penn. BOMA Boston is hoping to bring home four international TOBY winners in June. Stay tuned!
