Fox and Kenny of Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate sell 36 Holt Road

36 Holt Rd. has been sold by Albert Lawrence of Capital Lease Group to new owners Michael Fitzgerald and Michael King of Quantum Sales Inc. The building is off Main St. in downtown and is best known for its former use by A.H. Harris. The seller was represented by Jim Fox and Antonia Kenny of Kinlin Grover Commercial Real Estate and the buyers were represented by Lorraine Smith of ERA Belsito & Associates. The retail and warehouse building contains over 5,500 s/f on a 24,000 s/f site and will be used by Quantum Sales for sales and distribution of their internet based automotive parts business, currently based in Wareham. Their mission is to offer new original OEM (original equipment) automotive parts and accessories at wholesale prices to individuals, businesses, fleet managers, municipalities, repair shops and custom vehicle shops and others. Customers may order online, by telephone or in person at their facility. The property is in the Growth Incentive Zone and offers access to major highways and the Bourne Bridge/Rte. 25. The new owners plan to begin renovations immediately and plan to move their business to Buzzards Bay in the New Year. The renovation and reuse of a major building in the downtown Growth Incentive Zone area is another major step in the revitalization of downtown. Marie Oliva, president and CEO of the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber said, "The Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber is pleased that Quantum Sales, Inc. is investing on Main St., Buzzards Bay, which is another example of businesses willing to invest in Bourne's downtown. Main St., Buzzards Bay has a lot to offer investors including the new streetscape amenities and the Cape Cod Canal. I commend Quantum Sales for making an investment in the downtown area, upgrading a building that is in need of renovation, and opening a business that will attract all types of customers, residential and business."
