Fradkoff of Angel Commercial completes $400,000 sale
Lester Fradkoff, Angel Commercial LLCBridgeport, CT According to Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, the company has completed the sale of an industrial warehouse, located at 650 Knowlton St., to 273 Ash Street LLC for $400,000. The building will be used as a furniture warehouse.
“The 11,784 SF building is situated on.29 acres near the Pequonnock River, just minutes to Route 8/25 and I-95,” said Fradkoff, who represented the buyer. “The property’s close proximity to the interstate network makes it an ideal location for a warehouse.”
Harry Weichsel of Arnold Peck’s Commercial World represented the seller.
Angel Commercial, L.L.C. is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The company specializes in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
