Francis T. Zappone Co. sells 85 bed convalescent home for $900,000
Francis T. Zappone Co. sold the 85 bed convalescent home to Waterbury developer, Barberi Development Co., which plans to renovate the 38,000 s/f property for continued use in the medical care industry. The sale price is $900,000. Francis T. Zappone Co. represented the lender/owner and F.K. Reyher represented the buyer.
