Franklin American Mortgage Co. expands current space to 9,993 s/f

Franklin American Mortgage Co. (FAMC) recently executed a five-year lease extension and expansion at Condyne's One Corporate Pl. One Corporate Pl. is a 5-story, 103,272 s/f first class office building set on 4.88 acres of land in the master planned Ferncroft Campus. FAMC expanded their current space by 5,360 s/f bringing the total occupancy to 9,993 s/f. Some minor renovations occurred including the demolition of an existing dividing wall to connect the expansion area with the existing premise and the entire 9,993 s/f was repainted and re-carpeted by the landlord. Additional improvements included the re-flooring and expansion of the break room, the creation of a new main entryway and the construction of a storage area.
