Fredette of KW Commercial NH brokers 3,100 s/f retail lease

KW Commercial NH has brokered a new 3,100 s/f lease of prime retail space at 189 South River Rd. located directly across from the Manchester Country Club. Ron Fredette, director of KW Commercial NH, represented the tenant, and Chris Riley represented the landlord/owner, Riley Enterprises. The property generated a high level of interest due to its location and traffic count. South River Rd. is experiencing extraordinary growth with a growing national retail presence, highway-bridge construction and roadway access to the Manchester Boston Regional Airport. The new tenant, Willow Salon & Day Spa, will now operate an upscale spa inside a renovated 1867 home. Retaining the historic and architectural charm Bedford is known for, waiting clients will be served with mahogany/granite styling stations, exposed beam ceilings, and a client lounge. The full service day spa will be offering facials, pedicures, waxing, massage, barbering and hair styling services.
