Freid, Meixner and Adamian launch 128 CRE

Newton, MA Headquartered in Newton, 128 CRE, a new suburban commercial real estate brokerage firm dedicated to serving Massachusetts’ 128 suburban market has launched.   

The firm will be led by Boston Realty Advisors’ former suburban team senior partners: Jeremy Freid, Adam Meixner and Doug Adamian, a team that brings decades of deep market expertise and client dedication to the suburban markets with a hyper focus in the central 128 submarket.  

“128 CRE is uniquely positioned to provide value to its clients due to their focus within the 128 Corridor – providing political, civic and local market insights not generally available or widely known,” said senior partner, Freid. “We live and work in these communities everyday. It makes sense that we move our operation to one of the markets we serve.” 

Due to their market hyper-specialization, the 128 CRE team has consistently ranked above the competition in terms of transactions completed on an annual basis, selling and leasing more than any other brokerage firm in 2017. Joining the partners on the team is Jordan Sneider, Matt Perry and Meghan Huebner.
