Boston, MA Freudenheim Partners has completed two new leases totaling 13,916 s/f at 308 Congress St., home to the Boston Children’s Museum. Silverman Trykowski Inc. (STA), an architecture and interior design studio, relocated from the Financial District to Fort Point Channel and is occupying 2,569 s/f on the 5^th floor. In addition, Margulies Perruzzi, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm, renewed their lease on the 4^th floor and will now be occupying 11,347 s/f. 

Chris Rogers and Ellie Cullinan represented the landlord, Boston Children’s Museum, while Amanda Snell of The Stevens Group represented STA and Andy Hoar of CBRE represented Margulies Perruzzi in these transactions.
