Belle-Pak Packaging Inc. recently purchased an 85,200 s/f industrial building at 5 Mear Rd. The property was purchased for $2.55 million. The sale includes the leases of three, long term stable tenants. Based out of Toronto, Canada, Belle-Pak Packaging, Inc. is a leader in the plastic and print industry, offering a diverse line of polyethylene and print products around the world. Stefan Frey, managing principal of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors, Inc. represented the ownership of 5 Mear Rd. Along with local counsel, Belle-Pak represented itself in the negotiation.
